Peace, Love and Sweat (P,L&S)
A high-intensity interval style workout alternating between cardio and weight intervals. We use TRX, gliders, BOSU balls, and bands for the intervals and warm up and cool down with yoga. The challenging intervals are set to fun, motivating music and by changing up the exercises the workout will fly by but not before you burn A LOT of calories, build muscle and feel like a bit of a fitness-loving badass. Currently all P, L & S classes are only offered on Zoom but available in-person for private or semi-private. Circuit Training (Stations) Nine stations will be set up upon arrival. The stations will primarily be weighted exercises with a few cardio/plyometric stations sprinkled in. The stations will be designed to achieve maximum strength building and/or muscle definition in the short workout period. Participants will spend 45 seconds at each station with a 15 second rest between stations. Circuit training not only burns calories while you are doing them but they keep on burning for the rest of the day AND the more muscle you build, the easier it is to burn calories — it’s win, win!! Therapeutic Yoga The "self-care" of yoga classes. In order to maintain pain-free flexibility and mobility for the long-haul, we need to strengthen, stretch and roll (myofascial release) our muscles and soft tissues which is the physical focus of this class. Additionally, we will care for our spiritual selves through breath work, guided mediation and Yoga Nidra. HIIT Yoga The warm up includes a bit of myofascial release and then we will combine yoga postures and sequencing with cardio and plyometric intervals, and light weights. The goal of this workout is to achieve flexibility and balance through yoga along with the calorie burn and strength building from high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s fun and it’s fast and it will leave feeling like you’ve accomplished two workouts for the price of one! |
Private and Semi-privatesPrivate and semi-private sessions are also available to be scheduled at the convenience and location that is best for the client(s). The client can choose a workout that is listed on this page or we can completely customize it.
