Samantha (Sam) Crowley Is the proud mother of four. She maintains that exercise is healthy for your body and mind and much cheaper than therapy. She has always made exercise classes a priority and has participated and loved many different types. In the summer of 2012, she decided to combine elements from her favorite classes and create a fitness program that is time-efficient, challenging, energetic and fun and has loved every minute of teaching the class. Recently, she has added Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga to her repertoire.
Sam has been traveling to Blue Mountain Lake every summer (and sometimes more) for all of her life, as did her parents and grandparents before her. Now she shares her "happy place" with her husband and teenaged children and is super excited to combine her love of BML with her passion for SUP Yoga.
She is certified in Group Fitness by the American Fitness and Aerobic Association, Level One Bodyshred, TRX Functional Training, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Myofascial Release, SUP Yoga, Beginner SUP (including deep water rescue) and in CPR/AED by the American Heart Association.
