Peace, Love and Sweat specializes in small group workouts (maximum of 4 to 5 people depending on class style) which provide the personalization of private training with the camaraderie of a class. The small group setting allows for time and attention toward form and technique, and properly learning new exercises and new equipment. The instructor and participants support each other and work together to help you push through challenges and achieve your goals. Each workout is designed with the specific participants in mind to accommodate individual client needs and injuries and will offer appropriate modifications.
