Blue Mountain Lake is the perfect place to practice Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga regardless if you are a beginner yogi or have been practicing for years. You can get all of the physical and mental benefits of yoga in one of the most beautiful, serene places on earth. You will challenge your balance and strengthen your core all while breathing in the mountain air and taking in the stunning views. No SUP experience necessary, however some yoga experience is recommended. Must know how to swim and be at least 13 years old for a group lesson.

Small Group Lessons:
$40 per person/per 75 minute session
Equipment included for up to 3 participants. You may add more if you provide additional equipment.
Lesson will begin with basic paddling, anchoring and safety instruction.
Yoga will be taught at beginner to intermediate level depending on the experience of the group.
